Hannah Tothe
Hannah Tothe advocates for her clients in West Virginia tribunals in cases ranging from complex civil matters in state court to contentious issues affecting families in family court. She joined the firm in October 2022 with a wide range of experience representing West Virginians. She routinely represents clients in contentious proceedings involving divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, domestic violence and adoption, among other things. Prior to law school she attended Concord University where she obtained her bachelor’s degree in psychology. Once she obtained her degree, she began working as a children’s clinical liaison where she advocated for children’s mental health.
Outside of work, Hannah coaches the WV Dream 2025 girls’ basketball team. She enjoys being involved in the youth sports of Logan County, and she has coached the WV Dream since 2017. She also enjoys the outdoors and traveling on her down time.
